Terms of Service

EveryMVP (“EveryMVP,” “we,” “us”) is a custom trading-card fulfillment and fundraising platform for youth sports teams, leagues, and schools, operated by Techtonic Lift. By using everymvp.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

A coach or organizer sets up a fundraiser and designs a custom trading card. Parents and supporters buy packs of that card for their player. A percentage of each order goes to the team; EveryMVP retains the remainder to cover card production, shipping, and running the platform. Payouts are a revenue share EveryMVP pays from its own proceeds. They are not wages, commissions, or employment compensation, and they are not charitable contributions collected from buyers or held in trust by EveryMVP. EveryMVP reserves the right to modify the percentage amount of each order paid out through a fundraiser at any time.

An organizer may create a retail-only card design with no fundraiser attached. In that case buyers purchase at retail and no revenue share is paid.

These Terms of Service, the Sportsmanlike Conduct Community Guidelines, the Privacy Policy, and the Reprint Policy are all agreed to by organizers during setup and buyers during checkout.

By setting up a fundraiser, you confirm you are 18+ years of age, and you are doing so on behalf of an actual youth sports team, league, or school, and that proceeds will be used solely for that purpose, as per our Sportsmanlike Conduct Community Guidelines. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your team’s contact information, for the content of your card design (see Section 7), and for your own tax reporting obligations on funds you receive. If you provide an EIN, you must also connect a bank account affiliated with that EIN. If you don’t provide an EIN, payouts are reported to you individually using the taxpayer information you provide once proceeds cross the applicable reporting threshold. In cases where the beneficiary is a separate organization, you have a duty to remit the team’s share to it within ten business days. Failing to do so can create tax reporting duties or state charitable registration duties for the organizer. EveryMVP does not provide tax advice. EveryMVP reserves the right to collect tax identification information and to report payments where required.

EveryMVP reserves the right to refuse service, remove a fundraiser, cancel orders, or close an account, with or without notice. By creating an account with EveryMVP, organizers consent to e-sign and to receive notices by email at the address on file.

When you place an order, you confirm you are 18+ years of age, and you are the pictured player’s parent or legal guardian, or have that person’s permission to submit their photo. You’re responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for reviewing your card design before checkout. Once an order is placed, the design shown is what gets produced. EveryMVP currently ships to U.S. addresses only, and does not offer rush or expedited production. Buyers purchase cards at retail, not in the form of a donation, and by making a purchase you accept the organizer’s duty of authority and truthful purpose representation of the fundraiser, and release EveryMVP from any dispute as to where the proceeds will go. EveryMVP does not endorse fundraisers, and a named beneficiary may not have approved the fundraiser. EveryMVP does not control use of funds.

Sales tax is charged to buyers on the full purchase price where required, with no contribution carve-out.

Reselling cards commercially, or uploading inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. By purchasing cards from EveryMVP, buyers consent to e-sign and to receive notices by email at the address on file.

Payments are processed by Stripe. EveryMVP does not store your full payment card number. Your use of Stripe’s payment processing is also subject to the Stripe Services Agreement . Team payouts are made through Stripe Connect to the organizer’s connected account. Organizers must accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and complete identity verification upon setup. Payout timing is subject to Stripe. EveryMVP is merchant of record.

EveryMVP reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse a payout on suspected fraud or policy violation, and to recover erroneous or duplicate payouts (including offset against future payouts). If a payout fails or the organizer is unreachable, funds will be held for up to six months, then EveryMVP will action based on the applicable state unclaimed-property law.

All sales are final. Orders are final once placed and we don’t offer refunds. If your card arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send you a free reprint. Because every order requires you to approve the finished design before paying, reprints aren’t available for errors in an approved design (like a misspelled name) or for change-of-mind requests. You keep ownership of any photo or content you upload. By uploading it, you give EveryMVP and its printing partner a limited license to reproduce it solely to produce the card you ordered. We don’t use player photos in EveryMVP’s own marketing or share them with anyone outside of fulfilling your order, without your separate, explicit permission. Content must be appropriate for a youth sports audience. We reserve the right to decline or remove any submission that’s illegal, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

The EveryMVP name, logo, and site design belong to EveryMVP. Team names, logos, and colors you upload remain yours. We use them only to build and fulfill your fundraiser’s cards.

The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, EveryMVP isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

An organizer indemnifies EveryMVP for claims arising from their fundraiser, uploaded photos or logos, and use of the team’s share. Buyers who upload photos indemnify EveryMVP for third-party rights claims.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, organizers and buyers consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Montgomery County, Maryland.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
